{"id":1669,"date":"2013-05-03T17:46:36","date_gmt":"2013-05-04T00:46:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/o2fitness.net\/o2\/?p=1669"},"modified":"2013-05-03T17:46:36","modified_gmt":"2013-05-04T00:46:36","slug":"o2fitness-athlete-todd-heinzen-tunes-up-his-tri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/silversagecenter.com\/staging\/o2fitness-athlete-todd-heinzen-tunes-up-his-tri\/","title":{"rendered":"O2fitness athlete Todd Heinzen Tunes Up His Tri"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Really pleased with today&#8217;s race.\u00a0 Course was a little slow on the swim and bike.\u00a0 Rougher water and a little breezy.\u00a0 Cold too.\u00a0 But I was out of the water in about 9:50 with good aggressive effort.\u00a0 Bike was really fast.\u00a0 The run up the beach was about 1 minute longer than last year and my bike split was about the same.\u00a0 Leaves me about 1 minute faster for just ride time.\u00a0 I was flying.\u00a0 Got into the pain early in the race and lived there.\u00a0 Run was hard.\u00a0 I had a good effort, but felt a bit fatigued.\u00a0 This is a tough course to find a good pace with all the hills, single track, etc.\u00a0 Even then, I think I ran about 5 seconds faster than I have ever run.\u00a0 1st AG by 3:15 and 4th OA.\u00a0 I would have won the 3 age groups younger than me, so THAT gives me bragging rights!\u00a0 Fast group ahead of me with one young pro triathlete winning.\u00a0 Very nice result by effort and speed., especially on the swim and the bike.
