Science-based, determined heart rate\u00a0zones will provide the training tools to\u00a0allow you to\u00a0more effectively reach your fitness goals\u00a0from losing weight to making competitive performance gains. Individualized science-based, systematic training plans are available for an additional fee. These tests are conducted at the Center, either cycling or running.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vo2Max Testing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indicates the body\u2019s ability at maximum efforts to deliver and utilize oxygen during exercise<\/li>\n<li>Measures cardio-respiratory fitness and aerobic performance potential<\/li>\n<li>Estimates the body\u2019s utilization of fats and carbohydrates at various intensity\/heart rate levels<\/li>\n<li>Identifies ventilatory threshold and corresponding lactate threshold to determine individualized training zones based on heart rate or power production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"av_tab_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" >    <div data-fake-id=\"#tab-id-2\" class=\"tab \"  itemprop=\"headline\" ><span class='tab_icon' aria-hidden='true' data-av_icon='\ue826' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello'><\/span>What to expect<\/div>\n    <div id=\"tab-id-2-container\" class=\"tab_content \">\n        <div class=\"tab_inner_content invers-color\"  itemprop=\"text\" >\n<p>Think of testing as a quality interval day, treat it with motivated intention order to produce the best results.
