Caloric expenditure at various heart rates and intensities<br \/>\n2. How to preserve carb stores in order to decrease the amount of fuel replenishment required<br \/>\n3. How to increase fat as fuel, so you can help to burn more fat<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"av_tab_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" >    <div data-fake-id=\"#tab-id-2\" class=\"tab \"  itemprop=\"headline\" ><span class='tab_icon' aria-hidden='true' data-av_icon='\ue826' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello'><\/span>What to expect<\/div>\n    <div id=\"tab-id-2-container\" class=\"tab_content \">\n        <div class=\"tab_inner_content invers-color\"  itemprop=\"text\" >\n<p>NOTE:\u00a0 THIS IS A SOMEWHAT LONGER TEST THAT INVOLVES BREATHING IN AND OUT OF A FACEMASK WHILE EXERCISING FOR APPROXIMATELY 30-45 MIN<\/p>\n<p>Think of testing as a quality training day, treat it with motivated intention in order to produce the best results.
