Dr. Pasternak is an FAA-certified senior Aviation Medical Examiner and can perform class I, II, and II physicals. If you need an exam, please contact our office at 775-853-9394 and we will be happy to assist you.

Prior to your exam, you will need to enter your information in the FAA’s MedXPress website.
