For those that would prefer to have their fitness tested on the road, trail or ski run instead of in the lab, we offer field testing at a venue of your choosing by special arrangement. This test also includes a personal test results analysis and determination of training zones based on these results, current fitness and performance goals. Individualized science-based, systematic training plans are available for an additional fee.
